Frequently asked questions
How does seat-based pricing work?
A seat is any active internal user in your organization — consultants, managers, and admins. Deactivated users do not count toward your seat limit. Client portal users are never counted as seats.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Plan changes are handled by your account administrator. Upgrades take effect on the next billing cycle start.
What counts as AI usage?
AI usage covers project summary generation, health score calculations, status report drafts, and natural language queries. Pro and Enterprise plans both support configurable AI usage billing. You may select a monthly cap or on-demand billing based on your needs.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account includes a 14-day free trial. At the end of your trial, a prorated invoice is issued covering the remainder of your first billing cycle, after which full monthly invoices are generated in advance on your billing cycle date.
What's the minimum team size?
Pro plans require a minimum of 5 seats and are capped at 25 seats. Organizations that grow beyond 25 seats are moved to Enterprise. Enterprise requires a minimum of 10 seats with no upper limit.
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed in advance. Your billing start date is set when your account is provisioned. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial, after which a prorated invoice covers the remainder of the first cycle. Full monthly invoices are then generated in advance on your billing cycle date each month.
